General Terms and Conditions

Effective: from 11 June 2024

Please read the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) carefully before using the services of the fureverbycsanyi.hu webshop. By using the webshop you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

• The present GTC contain the terms and conditions for shopping in the webshop operated by Furever by Csányi Kft. (registered office: 2724 Újlengyel, Határ út 12., tax number: 25112603-2-13).
• The webshop offers fashion, fur and home furnishing products.

2. Establishment of the contract

• The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed during the purchase in the webshop.
• The confirmation is sent electronically and contains the details of the purchase and payment information.

3. Registration

• Registration is not required to make a purchase, but registered users can benefit from additional convenience services.
• The processing of the data provided during registration is governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Ordering

• In the webshop, products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the ordering process.
• By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC.
• Once the order has been confirmed, the contract is concluded and the customer is notified by e-mail.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in HUF and include VAT.
• The webshop reserves the right to change prices, but we will invoice the prices valid at the time of ordering.
• Payment methods: credit card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

6. Shipping and delivery

• The delivery charge varies depending on the value of the order and the delivery address, which will be made known before the order is finalised.
• The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, of which we will send you a separate notification.
• Delivery will be made by courier service and the customer is responsible for checking the integrity of the parcel on receipt.

7. Right of withdrawal

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration must be sent to kapcsolat@fureverbycsanyi.hu. kapcsolat@fureverbycsanyi.hu e-mail címre.
• In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, the cost of return being borne by the buyer.
• The refund will be made within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal.

8. Warranty and guarantee

• The products purchased in the webshop are subject to the warranty and guarantee under the Hungarian legislation in force.
• In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to request the repair or replacement of the product, or a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

• We will investigate and respond in writing within 30 days.

10. Data protection

• The details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy, which is available in the webshop.
• The personal data of customers is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable Hungarian legislation.

11. Other provisions

• Any modification of the GTC shall enter into force upon publication in the webshop.
• By using the webshop, customers accept the GTC and the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and dispute

• These GTC and the legal relationships arising from them shall be governed by Hungarian law.
• In the event of a dispute, the parties will try to settle the dispute amicably in the first instance. If this fails, the court of the buyer's domicile shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
